Iconic Pain Assessment Tool

Master's Research Project completed at the University of Toronto (2006-2008). The Iconic Pain Assessment Tool (IPAT) is a novel visual way for patients to self-report pain quality, intensity and location over a period of time. Currently, it has evolved into the Pain-QuILT, developed by McMaster University (Chitra Lalloo, PhD candidate and James L. Henry, PhD).
